In this class Jessica teaches the most important piece to connecting to the angelic realms which is through the GRACE process which stands for Grounding, Receiving, Aligning, Conversing, and Enjoying. We will also learn how to set a sacred space to connect through by clearing and protecting your energy.
The GRACE process can be used to help you connect into the higher realms, allow you to be protected, and present in your body while receiving messages. You may receive your messages through writing, direct channeling, or using oracle cards. There is no right or wrong way, it is just finding your way.
This class will also cover the Angelic realms, How to discern between authentic an inauthentic messages, and also Clairvoyance, Clairaudience, and Clairsentience. Also in this class we will be making our own deck of Angel Cards! How exciting! Your own energy will go into making the perfect set of cards. I will provide the supplies for this, but if you have some stickers or anything additional you are welcome to bring this. I will also have some plain notebooks for you to decorate into your own Angel Journals to write down your messages.
This class is wonderful to tap into your own angels, spirit guides, or higher realms to receive information to guide your life by and also help others if you wish. At the end of class You will get a Certificate in Communicating with the GRACE process.

Chakras mean Vortex of Energy in Sanskrit. These energy centers help us to manage our energy field in all aspects of our lives. This is a 2-part course. The first session will cover the first 3 chakras or Lower Body and the Second session will be devoted to the upper 4 chakras the Upper Body. This class is based on the teachings of St. Theresa of Avila who wrote the book "The Interior Castle ~ The Mansions" in 1577. A book I read early on in my spiritual awakening that was pivotal to much of my own awakening. Then Carolyn Myss rewrote it in a much more user friendly format called "Entering The Castle". In this class we will be looking at the Soul as a Castle and how to do deep inner journey work by learning about the Mansions within that lead to your Core Essence. There will be lots of Guided Meditation in this class. Bring a journal with you. "Entering The Castle" By Caroline Myss is not required to take the class as I will be teaching basic principles to assist you in doing this work, but the book is recommended as a guide for practice.

In this workshop Jessica will not only teach Manifesting techniques she will will teach about how our energy is designed to manifest, and how we block creating our intentions in our life. We will do some healing techniques in this class to bring awareness to these blocks and to move them. We attract what we are so it is important to be conscious and aware when we manifest.
