Oh My Aching Feet

Great to use after a long day on your feet.  Works wonders in a foot bath.  Just fill a basin with hot water and add the salts and soak your achy feet for 20 minutes.  Rub in a nice soothing lotion and put on some cozy slipper socks…  Has essential oils of peppermint, lavender, and lemon. 

Muscle Pain Relief Blend

Great soak for sore muscles due to over exertion, sports, fibromyalgia, or arthritis.  Soak in the tub and let the oils soak into your tender muscles to relax and soothe them.  Also a great compliment with a Muscle Pain Relief Massage Oil or Lotion for maximum pain relief!  Includes essential oils of Sweet Birch, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, and Rosemary.

Youth Dew Milk Soak

This soak is in a dried milk blend to offer nourishment and silky smooth skin.  Essential oils of Lavender, Rosewood, and Sweet Orange to offer skin rejuvenation to your whole body. 

Stress Relief and Relaxation Blend

This soak is great for when feeling stressed, under the weather, or down in the dumps.  Uplifting but relaxing at the same times are the essential oils of Frankincense, Petitgrain, Lavender, and Bergamot.

Aphrodisiac Bath

This is a great blend for you when you feel like bathing and lighting some candles and having your partner with you to share in the relaxation.  Essential oils of Patchouli, Frankincense, Ylang Ylang, Jasmine and Cinnamon to relax and put you in the mood for love…

His Special Bath Blend

For the gentleman who is comfortable in his skin and masculinity and enjoys taking baths and pampering himself!  This blend is filled with essential oils of Bay Laurel, Myrtle, Clove, and Sweet Orange. 

Grounding Bath Blend

For those days that you can’t seem to focus and get your head out of the clouds.  This blend is filled with essential oils of Vetiver, Frankincense, Blood Orange, Black Pepper, and Sweet Birch.

Age Defying Facial Oil

This facial oil is a blend of jojoba, apricot kernel, and macadamia nut oil with essential oils of geranium, frankincense, lavender, and sweet orange.  This blend soothes, smoothes and softens wrinkles, balances, and creates cellular rejuvenation.  Take a few years off with this blend!

Arthritis Massage Oil

This massage oil is great for anyone who suffers from arthritis or achy joints.  It reduces inflammation, boosts circulation and offers pain relief.  A blend of essential oils of Juniper, Black Pepper, Blue Chamomile, Sweet Birch, and Rosemary available in Jojoba Oil, Apricot Kernel, Sweet Almond, or Body Lotion.

Tension Headache Relief Oil

This oil is applied on the temples, base of the neck and forehead for relief of headaches.  Essential oils of Peppermint, Eucalyptus, and Lavender offer pain relief, and soothe pressure.

Sinus and Flu Relief Oil

This blend is perfect for nasal or chest congestion from colds, flu or allergies.  While providing relief for pain and congestion it is also antibacterial and antiviral to help along the healing process.  The vapors open you help and help you to sleep and breathe better. Made with essential oils of Rosemary, Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Lemon, and Tea Tree. Oil is to be rubbed on the bridge of nose and sinuses, Eustachian tubes, chest, and throat.

Pick Me Up Blend

This blend is great to use in the morning to start your day or to relax and unwind in the evening.  It is balancing and uplifting and helps to refresh you and help you to de-stress.  Can be used as an all over moisturizer, in the bath, or applied to pulse points like a perfume oil. Essential Oils of Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavender, Ylang Ylang, and Sweet Orange in a base of jojoba, sweet almond, apricot kernel oil, or lotion.

Pregnancy Stretch Mark Oil

This oil contains Jojoba, Apricot Kernel, and Macadamia nut oil with essential oils of Lavender, Neroli, Mandarin, and Sweet Orange.  It smells delicious.  It actually helped me with my nausea in the first trimester!  Aside from that it soothes itchy belly from stretching, nourishes your skin, and helps to prevent stretch marks.  These essential oils are considered safe to use through all three trimesters of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Labor Massage Oil – Special Price of $12.00 for 1 oz. 

This massage oil is to be used on that special day of delivery.  Specifically designed with some essential oils only for use in the third trimester and delivery.  This oil can be massaged on the belly in between contractions by your coach or partner.  It is a mild pain reliever; the scent calms and soothes the mother and the baby, and helps the uterus to contract. Contains essential oils of Lavender, Rose, Jasmine, Clary Sage, and Geranium.

Happy Feet

This blend is to keep your feet happy and fresh smelling.  Helps to prevent odor by killing odor causing bacteria, and a powder base helps to keep you dry.  Also helps in anyone with an ugly fungal infection like athlete’s foot.  Contains essential oils of Cypress, Tea Tree, Lemon, and Lavender.

Yeast Yesterday

This blend is to help prevent and fight yeast infections that tend to happen in warm dark areas.  This powder works excellent for men with yeast or lovely jock itch.  It is in a Kaolin Clay base with essential oils of Tea Tree, Lavender, Patchouli, and Eucalyptus.

Baby Bottom Powder

What can be better for our little ones than a natural baby powder that is all natural and preservative free!  This baby powder has gentle yet effective essential oils of Lavender, Yarrow, Tea Tree, and Mandarin.  This powder is soothing, gentle, and helps to prevent diaper rash.

Powder Deodorant (Not an antiperspirant)

This powder can be applied under the arms and all over the body to help keep you fresh and dry, Essential oils of Lemongrass, Lemon, Tea Tree, and Cypress help to kill odor eating bacteria.  This powder is great for every one of all ages, and smells fresh!

Satin Skin Powder

This powder is wonderful to use after a shower or bath to softly scent your skin.  Its scent is uplifting and refreshing. Contains essential oils of Lavender, Ylang Ylang, Sweet Orange, and Elemi.

Infused Oil of Calendula

This is an olive oil, which has been infused with herb of calendula.   The olive oil contains the healing agents of this powerful herb.  Calendula infused oil is great to apply to cuts, scrapes, burns, and any skin irritations. 

Infused Oil of Arnica

This olive oil has been infused with the herb of Arnica.  Arnica is a renowned herb well known for its ability to help with the pain and healing of muscle trauma, bruising, aches, and pains.  Makes a great base to add pain relief essential oils too.

Infused Oil of Arnica and Calendula

You get the best of both worlds with this infused oil.  Arnica and Calendula infused together make a powerful healing oil!

Infused Oil of Plantain

This infused olive oil promotes healing of skin irritations and works great when mixed with Calendula infused oil. 

Infused Baby Oil

Infused olive oil of Calendula and Plantain with just a touch of lavender, mandarin, and rose to massage your baby and ease colic.

This herbal tea is wonderful for soothing upset tummies whether from nerves, indigestion, or gastritis.  Sip on a nice mug of this tasty tea made of the herbs of Spearmint, Peppermint, Chamomile, and Slippery Elm.

Women’s PMS Blend

This tea helps to balance your mood, cycle, and soothe menstrual cramps. It is loaded with nutrients, very relaxing, and makes a great nighttime tea as well.  Made with the herbs Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Valerian, Nettle, Dandelion, Marshmallow, Red Clover, and Passion Flower.

Nighttime Tea

This tea helps send you off into sleepy land without leaving you with a hangover in the morning.  It soothes the nerves and relaxes the muscles.  Made with Valerian, Skullcap, Marshmallow, Hops, Lavender, Chamomile, Passion Flower and Lemon Balm

Liver Tonic

This tea gently cleanses and soothes the liver.  A great tea to drink as the winter is coming to an end or in the beginning of Autumn.  Helps clean the blood, detoxifies the liver, offers allergy relief and is chock full of nutrients.  Made with Burdock Root, Spearmint, Dandelion, Nettle, Marshmallow, and Red Clover.

Nerve Tonic

This tea is great for times of stress, anxiety, or depression.  It helps to quiet the mind and relax the body.  Made with Lavender, St. John’s Wort, Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Spearmint, Oatstraw and Passion Flower

Pregnancy Tea

This tea is soothing to pregnant mommies and chock full of nutrient enriched herbs that are safe for use during all three trimesters of pregnancy.  Drink this tea throughout the day, before bed, or in the morning.  It also helps with fluid retention and heartburn.  I have been using this blend through my whole pregnancy.  Contains Dandelion, Nettle, Milky Oats, Slippery Elm, Spearmint, Lemon Balm and Red Raspberry Leaf.

Lactating Momma Tea

This tea is made of herbal galactagogues to help increase and support a nursing mom’s milk production. These herbs are also nutritious and delicious.  Filled with vitamins to keep your energy up!  Includes the herbs of Fenugreek Seed, Blessed Thistle Leaf, Alfalfa Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Red Raspberry Leaf,   Milky Oats Tops, Marshmallow, Chamomile Flowers, and Lavender flowers.

Spritzer to soothe and heal sunburns or any other type of burns.  Great to keep in the refrigerator so it is nice and cool when applied.  Made with Aloe Vera Extract and Essential oil of Lavender.

Cooling Spray

Another Great Spritzer to keep in the fridge!  This spray is very cooling and soothing which makes it great for those hot humid days when you are over heated, fevers, headaches, poison ivy, and chicken pox.  Made with Aloe Vera Extract, and essential oils of Peppermint, and Lavender. 

Bedroom Linen Spray

Use this spray on your sheets before bed, and around the room to make everything smell nice and send you off into dreamy land.  Made with essential oils of Lavender, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang, and Lavender.
