The Soul Purpose Newsletter -

As I sit here writing this it is
pouring buckets out there. My
whole street is flooded and
blocked off. Everyone is tired of
the rain, and ready for the warm
sunny weather. I wholeheartedly
agree with that! I am thinking of
the symbolism of all this water.
Too me the rain symbolizes
emotion, and releasing. Think
about how cleansing a good cry can
feel, or once the sun does come
out after a storm how fresh and
cleansed everything feels. This
winter has brought about some sad
events for me. I have experienced
grief, and while I poured out
buckets of my own tears I sit here
feeling empowered. My grief
brought in a great gift of feeling
the capacity of my heart space,
and with it fearlessness when it
comes to expressing all of me.
When I look out at the world the
common affliction I see is human
beings not honoring their
emotions. It may be due to how
society perceives them, as being
strong means locking them down. I
saw a documentary on TV recently
about JFK and his death. It
showed his wife Jackie walking
behind his casket at his funeral,
head held up high, completely
composed. This was admired as
strength. I looked at it and felt
sad. That isn't strength.
Strength is having the courage to
bare your emotions, let them out,
feel deeply, and love fearlessly.
Emotion is Energy in Motion. If
not honored, and felt, then you
turn that moving energy somewhere,
directing it inward and storing it
in the body, mind, spirit, or
direct it outward in ways that end
up being more harmful. The things
that will support you having and
releasing feelings so you can feel
more balanced, peaceful, and
joyful is playing more, singing,
dancing, exercising, making time
for yourself, learning to listen
to your inner voice and body. It
takes courage to dig deep within
yourself. You have step outside
your normal comfort zones and
challenge yourself. It takes
courage, but it is so worth it,
and it is the way to healing and
finding that juicy part that lives
within. Your true essence. Part
of what I share through my classes
and private sessions is my ability
to deeply feel and share that with
you to help you heal, and find
your bliss.

Reiki Level I
Certification
This class covers the art,
science, and history of the
Traditional Usui Reiki
System. Reiki means Universal
Life Energy in Japanese. It is
non-dogmatic and anyone can
learn and do it. It is passed on
to the student by an attunement
from a Master-Teacher. Receive
the first attunement for Reiki,
Learn the Anatomy of the chakras,
and learn the hand positions for
giving the healing energy of
Reiki to yourself and others.

Reiki Level II
Certification
This class
is the next level to the
Traditional Usui System. You
will receive the Second Degree
Attunement and 3 of the sacred
symbols of Reiki. Included in
this class are Distant Healing
Reiki, Color Breathing, Beaming,
and Manifesting. This is a
powerful and fun
class! Pre-requisite is Reiki
Level I.

Reiki Level III
(Reiki-Master) Certification
This is the Master level of the
Traditional Usui System. This
is an intense and wonderful
class as you are making a
commitment to be Reiki in all
aspects of your life. Receive
the Master Attunement, the
Master Symbol, and a symbol used
in passing attunements. You
will learn the Sacred Secret of
Reiki and how to give Level I
and II attunements for healing
(Not Certifying). Pre-Requisite
is Level I & II Reiki.

Tap Into Your Own Divine
Intuition
There is a lot of emphasis in
the world on intuition, using
your intuition, psychic
abilities, ESP, etc... I have
been Intuitive since a small
child, but spend most of my
life doubting my abilities. I
thought I needed to receive
information the way that was
portrayed on TV, movies, or in
all the books. It didn't
occur to me that I may have my
own unique way of connecting
to my Intuitive nature and have
my own Intuitive language. We
are all Intuitive beings. Our
Intuition is a part of us to
help us guide our lives and
let us know if we are heading
in the right direction. It
is a part of us that needs to
be used, or exercised like a
muscle. The more we practice
the more we become familiar
with our language. Intuition
can speak to us through
feelings, dreams, sounds,
symbols, etc... In this class
we will learn about the
different ways Intuition
speaks to us, and practice
some exercises so you can tap
into your own unique and
divine connection within.

Connecting
to the Angels through
G.R.A.C.E.
In this class we learn the
most important piece to
connecting to the angelic
realms which is through the
GRACE process which stands
for Grounding, Receiving,
Aligning, Conversing, and
Enjoying. We will also
learn how to set a sacred
space to connect through by
clearing and protecting your
energy. The GRACE process
can be used to help you
connect into the higher
realms, allow you to be
protected, and present in
your body while receiving
messages. You may receive
your messages through
writing, direct channeling,
or using oracle cards.
There is no right or wrong
way, it is just finding your
way. This class will also
cover the Angelic realms,
How to discern between
authentic an inauthentic
messages, and also
Clairvoyance, Clairaudience,
and Clairsentience.
Also in this class we will
be making our own deck of
Angel Cards! How exciting!
Your own energy will go into
making the perfect set of
cards. I will provide the
supplies for this, but if
you have some stickers or
anything additional you are
welcome to bring this. I
will also have some plain
notebooks for you to
decorate into your own Angel
Journals to write down your
messages. This class is
wonderful to tap into your
own angels, spirit guides,
or higher realms to receive
information to guide your
life by and also help others

Did you know you have two
voices in your head? One is the
voice of the Ego and the other
is the Voice of Awareness or the
Holy Spirit. The Ego often
becomes louder and is much
easier to hear. It also doesn't
always have our best interest at
heart. The Voice of Spirit is
connected to our hearts, and our
higher selves. It knows what
our soul purpose is and tries
very hard to keep us on
course. The more you tune into
one voice the louder and easier
it is to hear. I like to look
at it as the little cartoon
angel on one shoulder and the
cartoon devil on the other. In
this class we will learn about
these two voices and how to stay
connected or become connected
with the voice of awareness and
spirit to live a more fulfilling
life. This is also a great
introductory class to A Course

Intuitive eating is an
approach that teaches you how
to create a healthy
relationship with your food,
mind, and body--where you
ultimately become the expert
of your own body. You learn
how to distinguish between
physical and emotional
feelings, and gain a sense of
body wisdom. It's also a
process of making peace with
food---so that you no longer
have constant "food worry"
thoughts. It's knowing that
your health and your
worth as a person does not
change because you ate a
so-called "bad" or "fattening"
food.
